In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zk988 website accessible at https://zk988.vu, including all sub-pages, the member portal, the betting interface, and any associated mobile web application.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a player account on the Platform and has been approved by zk988.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within the Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet tokens, or match-bonus amounts credited to the Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under the Platform's compliance procedures.
• "Services" means all products offered by zk988, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fish shooting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) where available.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the zk988 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. zk988 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds therein dealt with in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.

2.2 Residency. The Platform primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and maintain an Account. zk988 may, at its sole discretion, accept registrations from residents of other jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by local law, but makes no representation that the Services are lawful in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. You may not register or use the Platform if you are: (a) under 21 years of age; (b) a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of zk988 or any affiliated company; (c) a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your own Account; or (e) an individual who has previously had an Account terminated by zk988 for violation of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the Services, you must complete the zk988 registration process via the zk988 Login page, providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. zk988 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access occurred because you disclosed, failed to protect, or negligently handled your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification. zk988 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. Acceptable documents include a government-issued National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other official identification valid in Indonesia. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and any subsequent updates is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles zk988 to immediately terminate your Account without notice.

3.5 Account Currency. All Account balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). zk988 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your chosen payment method are your own responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zk988 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: local Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). zk988 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Members should refer to the Cashier section of their Account for current limits applicable to their specific payment channel.

4.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to the Member's Account Balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are processed during banking hours and may take up to 60 minutes. zk988 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day (WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 1 to 3 banking hours during normal operating hours. zk988 may impose additional processing time in cases where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction is flagged for security review.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw, a Member must: (a) have completed the basic KYC verification process; (b) have no outstanding wagering requirements associated with bonus funds that have been mixed with the withdrawal amount; and (c) have the withdrawal amount originate from the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise authorized by the zk988 compliance team.

4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.7 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Withdrawals will only be issued to accounts registered in the Member's own legal name. zk988 will not process payments to or from third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempted third-party transactions may result in Account suspension.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by zk988 are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to: (a) completing the registration and initial KYC verification; (b) making a qualifying first deposit of at least the stated minimum; and (c) opting in to the welcome bonus at the time of first deposit. Bonus amounts are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount before becoming eligible for withdrawal, unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. If a withdrawal request is submitted while Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements remain unmet, zk988 reserves the right to forfeit the Bonus Funds and process only the real-money portion of the balance.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. The use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, arbitrage betting across promotions, or any other behavior that zk988 reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. zk988 periodically offers time-limited promotions tied to events including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and other significant dates. These promotions carry their own eligibility and expiry conditions and may be withdrawn at any time at zk988's discretion without prior notice.

5.6 Right to Modify. zk988 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered email address.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the zk988 Platform — including sports betting, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and fish shooting — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live equipment operated under studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of any Member's identity, balance, or betting history.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is only confirmed once a confirmation notification is displayed within the Member's Account. zk988 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed after the relevant event has already commenced (for pre-match markets).

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including football (judi bola, Indonesia's most popular form of sports wagering), mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections), and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets — are governed by the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event.

6.4 Live Casino. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules governing each game are determined by the studio provider and are displayed within the game interface. zk988 accepts no liability for technical interruptions caused by the third-party studio environment.

6.5 Void Bets and Technical Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, network interruption, or any technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round or sporting event settlement, zk988 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' Account Balances. This is the sole remedy available to Members in such circumstances.

6.6 Maximum Payout. zk988 applies maximum payout limits per single bet, per event, and per 24-hour period. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated outcome.

7.1 Our Commitment. zk988 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire member base. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from every Account dashboard, and we actively encourage their use before any problem arises.

7.2 Player Protection Tools. The following tools are available to all Members at no cost:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zk988 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, with all associated Bonus Funds forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform (duplicate account policy).
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering software, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms without genuine participation in the Services.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk988 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the zk988 Platform — including but not limited to the zk988 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of zk988 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. zk988 grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in the Services for personal entertainment. This license does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, resale, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from zk988.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Games and live casino content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the intellectual property of those respective studios. Their presence on the Platform is governed by licensing agreements between zk988 and each studio.

11.1 Platform Availability. zk988 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may result in temporary unavailability. zk988 will not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or in-play bet interruptions — resulting from platform downtime.

11.2 Betting Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions are made solely at the Member's own risk. zk988 provides no advice, recommendations, or predictions regarding sporting events or game outcomes. Any decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform are the Member's own responsibility.

11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk988's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. zk988 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however caused and under any theory of liability.

11.5 Force Majeure. zk988 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, network infrastructure failure, natural disaster, civil unrest, or any event of force majeure.

12.1 Termination by Member. A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting the zk988 support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension by zk988. zk988 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's Account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of: fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or technical security risk. During suspension, the Member's Balance will be held securely and will not be accessible until the investigation is resolved.

12.3 Termination by zk988. zk988 may permanently terminate a Member's Account in cases of confirmed breach of these Terms. In cases involving fraud, criminal conduct, or serious violations, zk988 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending the outcome of internal investigation and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, the Member's license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with standard rules; however, winnings from bets placed in violation of these Terms may be voided.

13.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk988 is incorporated and licensed to operate, as an internationally regulated gaming platform.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between zk988 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation via the zk988 support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Members waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against zk988.

13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

14.1 Right to Amend. zk988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform or to the registered email address associated with the Member's Account.

14.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.

14.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
